About This Atlas
This site is an ongoing project of the NC State Department of History funded by the Office of the Chancellor. Research began in the Spring of 2019 to help our campus community learn more about the history related to the spaces we use every day. It offers new perspectives and encourages users to use history as a resource for meeting contemporary challenges.
